Is there a moral obligation for society to provide adequate access to health care for all its citizens? There is a need to improve Health Care in America using moral and ethical theories. This is not to advocate a "Universal Health Care Policy" or to argue whether or not Health Care is a "red" (Republican) or "blue" (Democrat) issue. The need to improve our Health Care system is a universal right that every American deserves and guaranteed under the constitution - yet it has not been fixed or improved.

India launches ballistic missile
India has test-fired its longest-range nuclear-capable ballistic missile, Agni-III, officials said.
The surface-to-surface missile was test-fired off the coast of Orissa state in eastern India.
With a range of more than 3,000km (1,865 miles), the missile could hit targets as far off as Beijing and Shanghai, analysts say.
The Agni-III is India's most sophisticated long-range missile. It was successfully test-fired last year.
Indian defence spokesman Group Captain Ramesh Kumar Das said the latest test was launched from the interim test range at the Wheeler's Island in the Bay of Bengal.
The intermediate range ballistic missile is capable of carrying a 1.5-tonne nuclear payload.
When deployed, it will boost India's second-strike capability as it can be launched from anywhere using a mobile launcher.
It will need a few more tests before it can be inducted into the armed forces, Group Captain Das said.
Possession of the Agni-III will give India deep strike capability because it would have Chinese cities like Beijing and Shanghai and the US island base of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean well within its striking range.
The Agni-II missile, already tested and deployed, has a range of 2,000km (1,243 miles).
The Agni-1 has a range of 750km (466 miles).
The Agni (literally "fire" in Hindi and Sanskrit) missile family is believed to be the mainstay of the Indian missile-based strategic nuclear deterrence, Group Captain Das said.
He said the Agni family would continue to expand its stable, providing a breadth of payload and range capabilities.

Gender Differences: Aztec Society
The expectations for men and women differ in Aztec society because the society was a male dominated society (paternalisms). The father the sons the men had the responsibility to hold the family and keep his family in order. The Father was the bread-maker of the family. As a warring state the Aztec had warriors and these warriors were usually males. Warriors held great esteem in their society and were greatly respected. Women on the other hand were housewives the ruler of the house chores and her children. They have to take care of the children and be the teacher.

Travian Hero Guides
In the game, the hero is controlled in the same manner as regular troops. If you have multiple villages, you need a Hero's mansion in the new village to change his home village (one cannot have the mighty roughing it with the common man).
After you have trained the standard unit up to hero status you are given 5 initial skill points to raise your hero above the regular troops and five different attributes to assign them to. Every time your hero levels up you receive another 5 skill points to assign. Each attribute can be raised to a maximum level of 100. While at level 0 you are able to reallocate the skill-points distribution, but once you get to level 1 your selections are permanent.
